Chia, Lemon, and Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients
• ½ liter (about 2 cups) of water
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• ½ ginger root, peeled and chopped
• Juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
1. Pour the water into a bottle, jar, or large glass.
2. Add the chia seeds.
3. Add the chopped ginger.
4. Squeeze in the juice of two lemons.
5. Stir or shake thoroughly.
